Whatever workload lands up with you, classify into IMPORTANT (or NOT) / URGENT (or NOT).

US President Dwight D Eisenhower used to follow this model of working efficiently.


Warren Buffet the multimillionaire had a different system of efficiently working.

  • He used to make a list of everything to be done. 
  • Begin at the top of the list and finish at the bottom! 
  • Cross off when you finish each job!



Though it is easy to procrastinate,
